from 10:00: Welcome on board with coffee/tea and something tasty. Cast off and then we sail over the beautiful Overijsselse Vecht to Hasselt. There we will fill up with water and there is time to walk through the nice Hanseatic town of Hasselt (if necessary you can also board in Hasselt).
Pentecost sailing trip to Terschelling
3 day sailing trip; Saturday 7 June to Monday 9 June 2025
Come sail with us aboard the clipper Engelburg. We sail in stages from Haerst (Overijssel) to Terschelling, where we are in the harbour during Oerol as an accommodation ship.
We sail where possible on the Zwarte Water, Ketel- and IJsselmeer and Waddenzee. Fancy a fun, relaxing and yet adventurous holiday? Then come aboard with us.

This includes:

- Soft drinks, wine and beer are available on board, for a daily rate.
The routes for the outward and return journey are described below per day. Of course we take into account the weather and wind and adjust the travel plan if necessary.
Saturday June 7 Haerst- Ketelmeer
Sunday 8 June Ketelmeer-Trintelhaven
First breakfast, take some nice pictures on the shore and then cast off. We sail/drive across the Ketelmeer and IJsselmeer to Trintelhaven. On the way we have lunch together.
Once we have moored you can walk along the dike from Enkhuizen to Lelystad, eat bitterballen at checkpoint Charlie, make a campfire. Everything a desolate harbour has to offer.
Around 7:00 PM we will have dinner together. In the evening we will relax on deck, maybe sing songs by a campfire, count stars or play a game.
Monday 9 June: Trintelhaven-Stavoren
We start again with breakfast and around 10 o'clock we cast off, hoist the sails and set course for Stavoren. A beautiful Frisian harbour town with, very conveniently, a station. On the way we have a nice extensive lunch.
Tuesday 10 June: Stavoren-Kornwerd
Nice breakfast and then cast off to sail towards Kornwerd. On the way we will have lunch together depending on the weather, nice outside or inside. In Kornwerderzand is the lock between the IJsselmeer and the Wadden Sea. Maybe we can moor there, maybe we will anchor there.
At 7:00 PM we will have dinner together. In the evening you can see the stars, smell the salty scent of the Wadden Sea, Terschelling, we are coming!
Wednesday June 11: Kornwerd-West Terschelling
We will first have breakfast together and then cast off. Around 10:30 it will be high tide, and taking the tide into account we will sail with the ebb current through the Inschot towards the Vliestroom. Then we will set course for the Haven van West-Terschelling. We will have lunch together, on deck in good weather, and in less good weather we will seek shelter and eat inside. Around 15:30 we will enter the haven of West Terschelling.
